Service Directory

Five circuits. One standard.

Everything below is quoted before work starts, built to inspection standard, and closed out with photos, labels, and the permit record. If your job isn’t listed, call — we’ll say honestly whether it’s ours.

Panels & Service Upgrades

The panel is the one part of your house every other circuit depends on. We replace tired 100-amp boxes and fuse panels with 200-amp, smart-ready service — load calculated for the heat pump, the EV, and whatever the next twenty years add. This is the job we’re known for, and the one we photograph like a portfolio piece.

What this covers

  • 200-amp service upgrades
  • Fuse-box replacement
  • Panel swaps & relocations
  • Load calculations
  • Whole-home surge protection
  • Grounding & bonding corrections
  • Meter base & mast repair
  • Subpanels for shops & garages

Troubleshooting & Repair

Flickering lights, a breaker that trips every Sunday, an outlet that runs warm — electrical faults leave fingerprints, and we’re methodical about finding them. You get a diagnosis in plain English, the fix priced up front, and the why explained before we touch a wire.

What this covers

  • Tripping breakers & dead circuits
  • Flickering & dimming lights
  • Warm outlets & switches
  • Aluminum-wiring remediation
  • GFCI & AFCI corrections
  • Knob-and-tube assessments
  • Pre-purchase inspections

EV Charging

A Level 2 charger done right starts at the panel, not the wall. We run the load calc, size the circuit to your car and your winter, and mount the unit where the cable actually reaches the port. If your panel can’t carry it, you’ll know before anyone orders parts — with options priced side by side.

What this covers

  • Level 2 charger installation
  • 240V circuit runs
  • Load management devices
  • Panel-capacity assessments
  • Outdoor & detached-garage runs
  • Any charger brand you bring

Lighting & Fans

Good lighting is layers — task, ambient, accent — switched so you never think about it. We plan it on paper first, cut clean holes, and leave dimmers that don’t buzz. Ceiling fans hung on fan-rated boxes, always, because gravity is patient.

What this covers

  • Recessed & can-less LED lighting
  • Under-cabinet & island pendants
  • Dimmers & smart switches
  • Exterior & security lighting
  • Ceiling fans, properly boxed
  • Closet, stair & garage lighting

Generators & Backup Power

Windstorm season isn’t hypothetical here — most of us remember multi-day outages. We install standby generators that start themselves, and honest cheaper options: interlock kits and inlet boxes that make a portable generator safe for the house and the line workers up the pole.

What this covers

  • Standby generator installation
  • Automatic transfer switches
  • Interlock kits & inlet boxes
  • Critical-loads subpanels
  • Annual exercise & service checks
